Participants will gain an understanding of the purpose of staff supervision and performance reviews as well as the role and responsibilities of the supervisor.

Participants will learn how to prepare the agenda for a supervision and performance reviews, recording monitoring and evaluation, the need for confidentiality and personal development and motivation.

This course forms part of the of the care management training but can be taken as an individual course.
