This course is for those who work in the health or care sector and is a mandatory course which participants will gain an awareness or update their knowledge about the importance of occupational infection control measures and will be made acutely aware of their responsibilities in managing them.

Participants will also gain the practical skills in line with industry standards and guidelines set out by organisations such as the World Health Organisation (WHO).
