Customer Service and Business Administration Academy

This programme teaches you the skills to provide excellent administration support and customer service, and can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors including offices, retail, call centres, hospitality, or recruitment, etc.

Good customer service and good admin skills are key to the success of any business or organisation. It’s one of those useful skills that’s found all over the place and covers all the extras that make a customer’s experience better.

The job roles for those working towards this qualification include

Our academies run for six weeks – 3 days a week from 9,30am to 3pm.   Upon successfully completing the course programme, you will receive BTEC Level 1 Administration, BTEC Level 1 Customer Service and BTEC Level 1 Work Skills.

Our care academy is currently held in the centre of Chester.
